More to come from Jos the Boss
Jos Verstappen's 2008 season has been an example of success for any LMS driver: after walking off with pole positions and standing on each podium, he won the LMP2 driver's title after his first season in the Le Mans Series.

Following such a splendid prize list, former Formula 1 driver Verstappen has already confirmed his intentions for next year and it is not very surprising to discover that he plans to be back competing in the LMS for the 2009 campaign.

Delighted with the results this season, but also with the series and the level of competition, "Jos the Boss" is determined to come back for more.

Since the Van Merksteijn Motorsport team has decided to change direction and sell the Porsche RS Spyder, Verstappen won't be at the wheel of this race-winning car next year.

Verstappen is definitely thinking of an LMP1 ride, however the Dutch champion will not be taking any decisions regarding his future destination before the beginning of next year.

According to rumours, Verstappen's friends from the F1 days - Joan Villadelprat and Sergio Rinland, who now control things at the team Epsilon-Euskadi team - will ask him to test their new car in December.
